For decades, tequila has carried a reputation tied to youthful indulgence—often masked with lime, salt, and bravado. OTACA was founded by Anthony Accetta, a seasoned connoisseur and entrepreneur, alongside Jack Ambriz, a visionary creative and branding expert. Together, they set out to craft more than just an exceptional tequila—they sought to build a legacy brand. While Anthony sparked the idea of a new tequila brand led the charge in developing the spirit itself, Jack brought the soul of OTACA to life—creating a bold yet elegant brand identity that speaks to modern luxury, timeless design, and deep cultural reverence. His vision and Mexican background shaped every detail, from the black-and-white aesthetic to the square bottle and pyramid-inspired stopper—each element designed to elevate OTACA into a lifestyle.

After years of diving deep into the heart of Mexico’s tequila tradition to produce a spirit that could stand proudly among the world’s best.

The result is OTACA: a tequila meticulously made from fully matured lowland agave (7 years), slow-cooked and left resting for added complexity, and refined through an uncommon triple distillation and triple filtration process. This approach removes harsh ethanol notes and leaves behind a velvety, mineral-forward spirit with just a hint of smokiness—perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or with a simple citrus twist.
