Production Method: Hand-harvested at the peak of maturity(7 years), our agave is patiently slow-roasted in traditional clay ovens for 24 hours and left sitting for an additional 24 hours. This time-honored method unlocks the complex flavors of the agave, infusing each sip with a touch of smokiness and earthiness.

Once roasted, the agave is crushed using a centuries-old technique called a Tahona. This method, which involves a large stone wheel, gently extracts the sweet agave nectar without compromising its delicate nature.

Finally, the nectar undergoes a meticulous triple distillation process in copper stills. This three-step journey purifies the spirit, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and flavorful tequila that is Once Tried, Always Craved.
